Ways to keep the body fit and healthy - Who would not want in order to keep the body fit, if our body fit, we'll do activities that do not droop. Here I will give some tips in order to keep the body fit and healthy.



1. Jogging

2. Do not sleep too late

Do not be too busy with activities that are exhausting your body all day. Set your rest patterns to keep the body fit. Do the same thing, as busy-busy you take the one time to rest so that your body fit and ready for the next activity.

4. Make a schedule of activities

By creating and scheduling your activity is at least able to help you out of the clash with one another activity is, what if you do an activity together of course you will be overwhelmed with this situation.
